How long will it take to process my order?

Typically it takes 5-7 business days to process your order before it ships. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped. For more information contact solutions@perkins.org or call 617-972-7308.

International Shipments:

For international destinations we will quote you a shipping cost, utilizing either UPS or FedEx. For more information contact solutions@perkins.org or call 617-972-7308.

APO Shipments: 

If you are a shipping to an APO address you may do so through Free Matter for the Blind. For more information contact solutions@perkins.org or call 617-972-7308.

Free Matter for the Blind:

Products shipped as ‘Free Matter for the Blind’ must be paid for in advance of shipment and are shipped with the understanding that the customer is responsible for payment even if the shipment is lost during the free matter shipping process. Free matter shipments can take between 7 and 21 days to arrive and no tracking information is available on these shipments. Eligibility requirements for ‘Free Matter for the Blind’ shipments can be found at the following site: nfb.org/free-matter

Why does it say, "There is an item in your cart that can't be shipped to your address." when I try to checkout?
