Returns
Return Policy*:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase
- Returns or exchanges received after the 30-day return period are accepted at our discretion, but may be subject to a restocking fee
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Items must be returned with a copy of the invoice or receipt
- Returned items must not be used, altered or damaged
- Perkins will evaluate the returned products for damage before refunds issued
- Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender
- For customers seeking exchanges: customers will be issued a full refund of the original purchase and then be required to repurchase desired items
