Returns

Return Policy*:

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase
  • Returns or exchanges received after the 30-day return period are accepted at our discretion, but may be subject to a restocking fee
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items must be returned with a copy of the invoice or receipt
  • Returned items must not be used, altered or damaged
  • Perkins will evaluate the returned products for damage before refunds issued
  • Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender
  • For customers seeking exchanges: customers will be issued a full refund of the original purchase and then be required to repurchase desired items
